- Accept only work that you have the knowledge, resources and time to perform in line with agreed-upon terms.
- By accepting a project, you have agreed to comply with agreed-upon terms, and endeavor to produce work that is free of defects before the deadline.
- Never use non-professional machine translation tools such as Google Translate.
- To inform WordsMakers immediately of any unforeseen problems encountered that inhibits your ability to fulfil your project obligations.
- Subcontracting of projects received from WorksMakers is strictly not permitted without written approval from WordsMakers.
- Do not bypass WordsMakers to contact end clients without permission from WordsMakers.
- Signing off a project means that you are personally guaranteeing that you have completed the project to the highest quality standards, as specified.
- Note that customers will know your name and may choose to publish good or bad review publicly.
- Customers can feedback on the quality of your work through our internal customer satisfaction survey after the project is completed.
- Quality work is rewarded and recognized. WordsMakers prioritizes good translators for bigger and better projects.
